As a returner alone he is must have. In the slot, who covers him? A linebacker? Nope.
He scores from anywhere on the field. He runs thru pursuit angles. He runs in traffic. Yards after catch? Yep.
I would even agree to take 4 OL instead of 5 of this kid got the scholarship.

Morris might know about this kid. He looks like a human joystick. That school is in 5A and about to play in the state title game, so it's not like this is one of those small-town situations.

just curious, what are his measurables? He doesn't look huge, so I'm curious if that is why he has doesn't have more looks. But I understand you don't have to be huge to be a playmaker and his tape says PLAYMAKER... Is he Renard Bell size? Renard is a playmaker

Good speed, great balance & change of direction. looks to have good vision & patience. Reads downfield blocks well and anticipates openings (also wouldn’t mind seeing more of some of his OL, there’s a couple of them who move pretty well too).
Wouldn’t mind seeing more of him in traffic, but he looks worthy of a spot. Should be dangerous as a return man even if he for some reason doesn’t fit as a receiver.
