Both out 2-4 weeks per Dickert. Great chance for Jenkins but damn, we are paper thin at RB with no experience.

And the targeting on Grant Stephens was upheld. So yeah, he will miss the first half against OSU

It is amazing to me how any school offering a full scholarship can't find quality backs. They are a dime a dozen. I think the issue is that these backs all stockpile themselves at a handful of schools. After 2-3 years of zero reps in practice and zero playing time their skills diminish. It should not be difficult to find 3-4 kids that can run a ball.

Targeting by on offensive lineman, on a defensive linemen, I thought I'd seen everything until I saw that.
I guess the letter of the rule goes beyond hitting a guy in the head, but he didn't hit him in the head. When smaller guy hits bigger guy, physics dictates the result.

We've got two. One got hurt.

Is this like your playcalling philosophy? Every offensive play should result in first down or a touchdown. So, every recruit should be immediately perform at a median Pac-12 level?

He's seems to be the "Rudy" on the team. People get excited when he's out there doing things. I say we use that energy to our advantage.

I was impressed with his explosiveness. Maybe this could turn out to be a positive.

I really like Jenkins...and think he would have gotten more reps to date had he not fumbled on one of his first touches.

Reminds me of Beano Bryant
