The cougs visit Stanford on Friday. The Cardinal are the number 5 rated team in the Nation. They lost on the road to number 25 Texas. Last year the cougs lost to Stanford 57-70 in a respectable showing at Palo Alto..The 7-6 cougs are coming off a lack luster loss to the huskies. One of the Stanford games was cancelled last year and i do not remember why. The cougs awesome schedule continues and their goal of a winning season is a long ways away.

Since Stanford is 65-0 vs. WSU ladies, anything under 20 points is a small victory
Hard to fathom a team could lose 65 straight games to an opponent.

Stanford is a loaded team and any loss under 20 points had to be a moral victory,It was also a road game which makes a huge difference. Hell if the cougs can come within 15 pts this time around i d consider it a good game for the cougs,

Stanford up 41-23 at the half. Cougs are trying maybe alittle too hard ,manyof their shots have gone in and out. it looks like a long night for the cougs

Stanford 77 cougs 58 Final. Molina paced the cougs with 27 pts and zero assts. Bobi Buckets had 21 pts and 8 rbs, A decent game and the cougs were more aggressive. However the cougs were outgunned by a superior team. Stanford is ranked number 5 in the Nation for many reasons

Molina & Hristova had 48 of our 58 points. Another player didn’t have a field goal until there were about 3 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. Very few assists and a lot of bad turnovers. However, if we played with that kind of effort, Subasic gets more to fall we should be in games agsinst the the non-top 10 teams. Hard to think what next year will look like though.

Yup one hopes that the other Molina sister who is the most heralded of the the three will step up big time once Chanelle has graduated, They will need another big time scorer and a huge improvement from Bell M.But lets keep playing this season.

Chanelle was a 5-star out of high school and the most talented of the 3 sisters. Cherilyn has improved this year but she's struggled shooting but they it definitely looks like they will need her to continue to improve.
