Looking at the boxscore, Oregon his pulling away in the second half. They are currently up by 14 early in the 4th. It is good that Villa is back and that her injury wasn't serious.

We lost the 3rd quarter by 10 shooting 69% in the 3rd quarter, but gave up 11 points off turnovers. Oregon shot well, but we kill ourselves with our own stuff. Too many empty possessions.

Surprised Covill only played 13 minutes and Kpetikou went 18 minutes. Solid games from Wallack, EVilla, and Tuhina although 10 turnovers between the 3. Need to get JVilla more than 2 shots.

Frustrating loss, but we continue to look good for longer stretches.

Three stats jump out at me looking at the boxscore: They outrebounded us by 9, they shot twice as many foul shots, and they shot the ball 11 more times. Oregon is 7-0 at home.

Rebounding has been bad. There are stretches where the defense is there but we simply can’t clear a board. Our bigs had a total of 5 boards in almost 50 minutes.

Seems like we are improving and playing the long game. The WCC seems pretty weak at this point.
