Cougs played one of their better quarters of the year. Great ball and player movement. The intensity is way up this game than they had in the loss to Santa Clara earlier in the week. Cougs also playing good defense.

Cougs up 34-19. The ball movement and defense is so good today. It could be worse, as OSU hit two bank shots (and they did not call them first :)).

Covill back in the lineup. No turnovers in the 1st quarter and shot 50%.

In the 2nd quarter quick shots and missed a few good looks (25%) and turnovers return with 4. Covill finally missed a shot.

Wallack 10 & 8 in the 1st half.

Several of the turnovers were the backups. Mendes and Kpetikou both came in and promptly turned the ball over and took early shots outside of the rhythm of the offense. Still, the Cougs won the quarter 11-9.

Yeah, it's not just that Covill is playing well. It's that Mendes and Kpetikou are still pretty raw. Mendes took a lot of the quick shots. Kpetikou really struggles with turnovers. They both can get us out of the flow.

Up 16 into the 4th.

66-52 is the final score. Solid win against a good team. OSU is not the same team that they had previous years, but they are still good. Cougs won the game in the first quarter. The rest of the game was fairly even.

We are starting to get there. Better looks and defense today. We had trouble at the line (7-13) they were much better at 18-22. That's part of what they do to teams. Needed after being outplayed by Santa Clara.
