Good first drive. Minshew looks good. Much quicker in the pocket. A bit jittery, which is expected. Less than creative call on 3rd and goal after a timeout.

Liked that we ran Williams the first drive but if Minshew can settle down he could have a big game 1. Defense didn't really let Wyoming breath on their first drive.

Love our skill players. Borghi looks great. I’m a little nervous about Minshew, but he’s still sky high on adrenaline.
Way too early Patrol or do we now have permission to feel good about how we have started?
Seriously though, Minshew has been late on some throws including the TD to Williams. Hopefully just needs to settle in.
Ok.....one bad kick deserves another. Cougs get the ball back around their 25. Really surprised UW did not open it up after the great field position.
Their top 10 ranked defense has already been out there a long time--if this keeps up, those guys are going to be exhausted by the end of the third quarter.
Hopefully a lot more to come.

Not trying to be a jerk here, but UW posts on our game thread screams little brother complex.
On the flip we kept our defense off the field. If it keeps up we should be relatively fresh in the second half.
Not sure about that, but for sure don't want to read about or care about the Mutts at this point.
