Washington State has offered Glendora (Calif.) quarterback Matt Fink, he announced on Twitter. The 6-foot-3, 185-pounder is rated three-stars by Rivals and the No. 12 pro-style quarterback in the 2016 class. He's a burner, though, and could be on of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in this class, as well.
In addition to Washington State, Fink holds offers from Boise State, Colorado, Colorado State, Nevada, Oregon State and Washington. You have to check out this kids film, which I'll link below. He's built like Connor Halliday but would be one of the fastest guys in the offense.
