WSU and OSU sue Pac-12

Great let’s go back to muskets only then.
Ah yes, the “good old days” that conservatives love when they would have auctioned off Clarence to the highest bidder instead of upstanding citizens like Harlan Crowe, David Sokol, Wayne Huizenga and Tony Novelly having to purchase him under the table.

Here is the "rub" with all this.

The courts won't give WSU/OSU authority to materially change the way conference assets earned this year and accrued by the Pac-12 to be materially altered.

I think they are going to have to come up with some sort of settlement agreement.

Likely, all the earned/accrued assets get split up equally. WSU and OSU can "rebuild" the conference. I wouldn't be surprised to see the future NCAA credits/bowl settlement money be distributed to the current 12 member schools.

I disagree, that the courts would. We(Us fans, Lawyers DGibbs, Crazycal, have already covered why the courts probably would rule in favor of WSU, OSU, etc, Ad Nauseum, according to the wording of Bylaws.

Even tho it's been covered, here's another Rehash.

It's not just the money at stake. If the courts rule against WSU, that they have to either settle, share, don't get the money, etc, the reasoning would be that despite the 10 that gave CONSTRUCTIVE notice that should give the money to WSU, OSU, and eliminate voting rights, that they TECHNICALLY didn't give OFFICIAL DELIVERY OF NOTICE, and as such WSU, OSU not only have to split money 12 ways, but the other 10 teams have the right to vote, rewrite the bylaws, dissolve the PAC, etc.

The money and that are TIED together.

The 10 have done press conferences, interviews, have signed contracts, agreements, OFFICIALLY joined conferences, told the PAC 12 that they were leaving, OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED THAT THEY WERE LEAVING, and have been DENIED VOTING RIGHTS, in the past, and have accepted the penalty of not being able to vote, etc.

ALL that COLLECTIVELY together is CONSTRUCTIVELY giving notice, etc.

Legally the 10 can't both CONSTRUCTIVELY announce notice, sign contracts, join other conferences, BEFORE 8/1/24, AND keep money, rights, media rights, voting rights, vote to dissolve PAC, etc.

Because of that AFTER A EXTREMELY LONG BITTER COURT BATTLE, ETC, THE JUDGES WOULD EVENTUALLY RULE IN WSU'S, OSU'S FAVOR.

But even tho that's the case WSU, OSU, the other 10, cant afford to have such a extremely long, bitter, etc, court battle, etc.

So a SETTLEMENT will be reached, BEFORE any judges ruling, that gives something's like the technical majority of the money to WSU, OSU, and the 10 split the rest of the money and get some of the money, and give up their voting rights, or retain their technical voting rights, save face, but agree that they will not vote to dissolve PAC, and that after 8/1/24, that WSU, OSU, will be able to use the remainder of the PAC assets, and the PAC brand to try to rebuild the PAC, etc.

But a settlement will not be IMPOSED, FORCED by a judge, as if a settlement does not happen, and it gets fought to the bitter end until the judges judgement is given, the judge will probably not impose a settlement, and will probably rule in favor of WSU, OSU.

But if your right, then WSU not only loses the money, but the 10 then vote to dissolve the PAC, and WSU, OSU are not allowed to rebuild PAC and are FORCED to join MWC, and GET SCREWED yet again.

You better hope your not right or WSU, OSU is SCREWED AGAIN.

Au contraire - CougwithoutaBrain already shit the bed.
Ahh and the walking dumpster fire has returned to make sure he "puts me in my place" with his self-righteous world view. Did you hear the keys being typed when it was something remotely political? You live a sad and pathetic life. Do all your He-B!tches know what a Beta Cuck you are?

Seems kind of harsh to subject the drunk college students to that.
It would be actually fun to watch. Lock him up over the weekend and have all the kids that get arrested for being drunk or fighting hang out with him in the jail.
