Okay, I kept searching through the video and the article and nowhere does it explain what BTO means. Good reporting means that the first time you write or speak an abbreviation that you then explain what it stands for. So who knows what it is?

I assume it isn't a celebration of Bachman Turner Overdrive and Taking Care of Business.......
