Aaron Baltazar to Colorado

Former BSU rb that spent last spring in Pullman but left the program without ever playing is transferring to Colorado. Does anybody know the story on what happened to him here?

Baltazar never arrived on campus. I was told there was some off-the-field problems, or "baggage" as my source put it, that resulted in Washington State going a different direction.
