First off, Happy Thanksgiving

7:30 in Pullman is tough for a visiting school I have doubted this defense all year and they continue to prove me wrong.

As I said in a previous thread, we have been preparing for this game all season I believe Dickert knows the importance of this game and will add enough wrinkles to keep the dogs off balance

Happy Thanksgiving!

My only concern is that Oregon gassed our defense out in the 4th Quarter. We need to keep their offense off the field, by running the ball and create efficiency.

Nobody has stopped Penix all season. We need a miracle with constant pressure to confuse him.

How fun if we WIN.

I'm concerned about their offensive production.

Oregon State held them to 24 points in Husky Stadium. Let's say we hold them to mid 20s on our home field. Can we score upper 20s on offense? I think it'll come down to turnovers and special teams.

Hate to make this prediction, but...

UW 27
WSU 24

I think this is taking the under on total points from the betting line.

With the way that this season has gone, I believe that we will be up 24-14 at halftime. The question is whether or not we can hold the mutts off in the second half. In three of our four losses, our opponents dominated the second half. Even a couple of our wins have featured flat second halves.

I say that we win 31-28 courtesy of a missed Husky field goal late.

WSU wins a close one 30-27 over UW dogs.

Defense hurries Penix all game long, and gets 1 turnover, and plays bend, don't break, and UW either punts from just past 50, or kicks, misses, gets a long FG's, or gets a rare TD, etc, all game long and holds UW to just 27.

WSU puts up 30 despite hiccups, miscues, shooting themselves in foot, penalties, controversial calls, some bad play calling, taking foot off gas, etc.

But despite that Morris, Cam, Watson, WR's, Offense, show flashes of brilliance, big plays, despite the inconsistency of offense.

Watson has 117+ yards. Cam rushs about 10 times for about 73.

Huskies dogin' it again 👍

It's here. Biggest day of the year, unless it's a New Years day Bowl. Can't believe today is Apple Cup. Do you ever experience a sudden drop off when COUGAR football is over, in your life?

All the sudden you have all this extra time on your hands, as you tend to shift priorities.

For the regulars on this board, we are fairly hardcore. Most of the public isn't.

Once our bowl game is over....the first day seems...."what am I going to do with all this extra time"?

And then life slowly transitions.

Until September.

And then life transitions into.....until WSU Bball comes next!

I'm between hardcore and moderate. I do other stuff besides WSU sports.

WSU baseball, after bball, isnt something I follow, so after Bball.....

There is always stuff to talk about in the off-season, such as Spring football, spring game, recruiting, etc.

Watson and Jenkins will combine for 200+.
I’m looking for a trick play we haven’t seen all year to work for a big gain/TD.
D bends, but doesn’t completely break.

Cougs 30
Poop eaters - 27
