This horrible TH episode got me thinking in numerous paths. One of them led me to an old song from Bill Withers, Lean on Me. I recovered it on YouTube and the room got misty.
Not one for taking advice from musicians or other forms of popular culture but this is exceptional. Good advice for current and future individual relationships. More importantly, it is a call from the Cougar Nation to the Hilinski family. They are in indescribable anguish at this time and need our support and comfort. Listen to Withers' song and tell me that the room didn't get a bit dusty.
We will, no doubt, have some form of remembrance during our first home game. I suggest that this tune be played over the PA system at that time. Perhaps I am being overly emotional but it seems appropriate to me.
