Those who have advocated for more Rapp are going to get their wish. I'm hoping for more Bamba minutes tonight. If everyone doesn't step up this one is going to get ugly.

Its ugly. Down by 13 to 25 points.

Bad D. Turnovers, No Offense.

This is what get when dont have Bonton.

Bonton does turn the ball over, but he also scores, plays defense, gets assist, gets rebounds, steals the ball, etc.

Proud of the effort after that 20-0 Colorado run in the first half. Thought they played hard....got it down to single digits a few times in that second half. Buffs were ridiculously hot from 3-point area, 9-10 at one point in the game. More than a few of those were well contested or downright desperation shots that hit nothing but the bottom of the net. The experience disparity (Colorado with a lot of upper classmen, WSU tonight with only 1) makes it tough, especially when Colorado has been winning at home by an average 25 points per game.

I actually thought the offense ran much more smoothly without Bonton. We missed his points, but the rest of the team seemed to step up and were more involved, as they needed to be without Isaac. Rapp looked good tonight, he should get 20 minutes per game, at least. And TJ Bamba was a real spark. Jackson also played well. AJ and Efe were non-factors tonight. Imagine what we could do if TJ, Efe, AJ, and Dishon all played well at the same time?

I'd rather have Bonton in the lineup, but there are some things that look better without him dominating the ball.

I was actually encouraged after the game. We may not win another game this year, but the building blocks are there for a good team before too long.
