My thoughts:
I knew Cooper put up more than 4,000 yards in his junior season but I wanted to watch him in person before jumping him up to four stars. After seeing him at a camp this offseason, Cooper convinced me he's a really intriguing prospect who snaps the ball out quickly and he's incredibly creative to make things happen on offense. He's also developing physically which will help him when getting out of the pocket and making things happen with his feet. The lefty Washington State commit can make all the throws, he can zip it or put loft on his passes and I think he could be big in Pullman.
