CLW has 18 after three quarters, Cougs lead by 1

I started watching about midway of the 3rd quarter. Cougs led by three at the half. CU went on a run and lead at one point by 7. But, Cougs battled back.

Cougs now up 50-44. I will say that CU plays hard, and they play physical. Refs were letting stuff go, but are calling it a little tighter now.

With 2:54 left, Cougs up 55-51. Apparently, WSU has a short bench, as only 8 players suited up

Wallack didn't travel but they said is expected for Utah. There's no WSU radio so not sure why.

A couple of big mistakes for the Cougs in the last minute. Letting the 30 second clock run out. Then, a dead ball foul by KLW giving CU foul shots without the clock running. But, CLW then hits a big three.

KL-W buries a 3 as the shot clock winds down! Big shot. Almost a TO turns into 3.

With the short bench and altitude tonight, and against Utah, they will need her.

Cougs win 63-56. CLW scores 30, a career high. Motuga had 11 rebounds. Cougars are now 6-3 in conference, and have won four straight games.

Big win! Typical grinder game. This is a big road win. CL-W, Motuga, and I believe KL-W went 40 minutes. Like you said above that's tough for the Moutain games. Utah's a different team but also considered in the Tournament per Creme. A win there would put us in good shape headed into a long week (Oregon and the LA schools).

EDIT: KL-W "only" goes 37 minutes. Teder with 37 minutes as well and Bella 33 minutes. Expect the pace to be slow Sunday.

Utah beat the uw tonight. They are 3-4 in conference. If the Cougars don't have tired legs, it should be a good game. I think the Cougars are likely better, but road games are always hard to win. Cougars are tied with Arizona for third place at 6-3. This may be the first time both basketball teams have been 6-3 at the same time.
