Deion is so much better than Jimmy Lake. He's assembled a pretty solid coaching staff with some NFL flavor to it.

You don’t actually have to coach football that well to be a good college coach. You need to be a good salesman and need to know how to put a good staff together. That’s 90% of it. Do that with some decent communication and organizational skills and you’ll have a good team.

ULM is only recognizable FBS team they played and they were a 4-8 Sun Belt team
