Nearly an impossible task for Dickert. Guys like to bring their own guys over. Now he has to hire important spots but we still have half the positions filled. It’s gonna be pushing multiple staffs together. I think we would possibly be in a better state if we were having to replace an entire staff at the point it’s gotten to. Pretty sad and embarrassing we’re getting picked apart like a junk car.

He tried to hire Seth Doege already. We are not on plan A. There aren’t many air raid guys left out there that are worthy of running our O.

Nah - there's tons of guys who can/will coach for $350K+.

Its a game of musical chairs. Plenty of D1 guys who have either lost their jobs elsewhere with head coach firings. Plenty of FCS guys who are looking to move up the salary scale.

If Dickert can't find 4, he's wasted 15 years of coaching relationships or pissed a ton of people off.

I have not read anything about our QB coach leaving. If true, POS could at least stick around 2 more weeks. All 3 of them for that matter. Oklahoma and Utah are done, early signing period is over. I guess Portal not so much.

It happened today about 3-4hrs ago. After Dickert made him the play caller for the bowl. Oklahoma is decimating us on purpose I suspect to pressure John.

The reality is that, like our future player pool, we're going to have to pull from non-Division 1 schools for staff every couple of years; it's not like it's exactly new territory for us either. Just enjoy it a little bit more when they go to these "big" schools like Oklahoma and get absolutely raped by the boosters, fans and press. See: Alex Grinch.
