I'd have a lot more respect for leadership if they just told UW to get bent in any association. Use your brains and find the $4m elsewhere and the WSU's line is: UW severed any chance at continuing a partnership in their backstabbing ways.

Let's quit pretending that not playing this game hurts the state economics.
