I'm sure he was on double secret probation after the peeing in the elevator incident. Maybe he didn't follow through with conditions regarding that incident? Who knows.

At least he wasn't taking performance enhancing drugs, breaking a graduate student's arm, driving drunk in the drive-through lane at McDonalds and crashing into poles. Of course, had he done so, Kyle Wittingham would be slobbering at his door ...
