Coug collective site

I understand not everyone is cool with NIL, but for those that are…. it’s clear people are coming for a handful of our players. Dickert and a few players tweeted out this campaign. The players who did tweet it were many of those I’d assume are the one going be getting offers. Mateer, Din Buh, Al-Uqdah, Stephen Hall etc. Hoping we can keep them, or at least some. Donate 5$ even if you can so we can make a run at having a team again next year. Even a moderate NIL deal will help keep prospects here over reestablishing in a new system.

I gave $100 to the Basketball Matching Campaign, which of course netted us nothing in terms of players. I'm down for fudging forth a few bucks again, but sorry the lack of transparency of the Cougar Collective turns me off. And the AD and Pac-2 for that matter. That's probably the way of the NIL and Athletic world, which is fine. Just not for me. Especially since 'Ol Crimson Lager appears to be unobtainable in my city.

I think it got us Coward and probably Watts. But either way, those guys at the CougCollective will answer you if you ask. Ask where that $ went, and if that $ isn’t used. Have them switch it to fball.

I see the site has been revamped (not the butter one, but the main one here). They don't list the board. Anyone know who is on the board?

As far as I know Jed Collins runs the show. Didn’t know they had a board.
I saw it once on the page, but don't see it now. From their FAQ:

WHAT PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS GO TO THE ATHLETES?

Between 90 – 95%. The Cougar Collective keeps its overhead costs as low as possible, but must cover expenses related to IT, legal, marketing materials, content creation, student-athlete education, fan engagement experiences, and bookkeeping. The Board of Directors review finances on an on-going basis to ensure funds are spent in ways that maximize student-athlete’s benefit.

Further, being a 501c3, it seems to me they'd need one.

Finally found 'Ol Crimson Lager here in Spokanada-- Probably available at other Spokompton Safeways as well.
