Hey, I'd do the same thing.

If you haven't been contacted by someone with NIL money to give you, then the market has pretty much already told you what you're worth (as to NIL money.)
These kids seem to be missing the idea that there is value in stability and staying the course. If he goes to a P4 school he's probably sitting, and if he goes G6 what is he leaving for? PT?
probably that's definitely 98, 99, 100, 101, 102% what happens for sure or maybe or maybe not. Here is another thought...
He could have been recently contacted (post Holiday Bowl) by a school or two which made him an offer after watching his performance. Oklahoma may be looking for another backup QB. 😆
Yeah I’d have to assume this is Cam Ward/JDL part 2. Hats off to Zevi for not quitting though and going off in the bowl game....I thought he looked pretty good. Likely a signal Jimmy is bringing his QB.

Yeah this is pretty obvious on all counts. For Zevi, he goes from Mateer bailing (good for Zevi), to us hiring a JV coach who will of course bring his own QB (bad for Zevi). So off he goes. I'm glad he got his chance to show his wares at the Holiday Bowl.Have to think WSU is the favorite for Gronowski, the reigning FCS player of the year from ... South Dakota State. That's one benefit of hiring Rogers and him bringing his entire staff.
I thought you were leaving the Board? And yes it was the Mighty Loyal One who referred to Rogers as a JV coach. FBS = Varsity. FCS = JV. And don't put that and Dickert being "revered" in the same sentence. I never said that.Rogers is being mocked on here for being a cheap hire and called a JV coach after going 27-3 and winning a National Championship, yet Dickert is revered for finishing 13-11 the past 2 seasons with two of the best QBs in college football.
This board never disappoints.
I'm catching whisps of Davenport in my nostrils.probably that's definitely 98, 99, 100, 101, 102% what happens for sure or maybe or maybe not.
When they are making more than most of the donors (95%+ estimate), that's problematic too.Gronowski will have a lot of options, it will probably come down to a balance between dollars and relationships. Zevi's performance in the Holiday Bowl just earned him a couple hundred thousand or more. The future starting QBs at WSU will be making more than most professors, I don't have a problem with that, but I can assure you a lot of people will.
