Decent low-level analysis, but I wouldn't pick Stanford as the upset watch. Yes, they should be down this year, but somehow Kevin Hogan always seems to channel John Elway when they play us.

Frankly, at this point, I'm looking at that one a week later. ASU in Pullman in November. They often struggle up here, it's late in the season and cold, and they frequently soften late in the season. Granted, this ain't Koetter/Erikson's ASU anymore, but still...

Stanford is one of my favorites for an upset. We played them close last year until midway through the 4th quarter. We had the ball deep in their territory with the chance to tie in 2012. Our 10 point loss to them was one of the closest games in 2010. Of course, they blew us out in 2009, 2011, and 2013. Frack.....if anything, we are doomed to a 20 point beatdown!
