With all of the programs scrambling to replace lost revenue this season, and teams playing shortened schedules, this seems like an ideal year to expand the college football playoff and rake in extra cash.
Pick 3 hub locations (Atlanta, Texas, Las Vegas) and playoff a 16 or even a 32 team field. Split the revenue among the conferences and move into 2021. I doubt the NCAA and the conference heads are bright enough to clue into this most obvious economic opportunity, but it sure seems like an absolute no brainer.
