....lead their team to a bowl game?

As Falk grows and learns, we will get better....so will the team. Lot's of football to play. Opposing team injuries could hurt some of our conference games.

At the same time, playing true freshmen QB's, as UW and UCLA are doing this year, is typically a recipe for disaster as seasons wear on.

We get UCLA and UW late in the year, and it wouldn't be shocking to see them both hit the wall. Hell, it also wouldn't be surprising to see one or both of them succumb to injuries. It's a tough conference to make it through the year physically and mentally in tact as a true frosh.

These two freshmen QBs are pretty darned good, not your typical freshmen QBs. But anything is possible, Cougs could catch them at the right time. A huge factor will be WSU staying healthy...and, of course, improving at a greater clip than the rest of the conference.

It's time for him to begin playing faster, but not so fast that he throws picks directly to a defender as he did in the Wyoming game.

Exactly Yaki. He needs to click quicker. I think that play was a miscommunication between him and Marks, He has tremendous potential if he cleans up his tempo and decision making speed. The last drive of Rutgers should be the level of urgency he needs to have for all drives and the authority to drive down the field.
