reminds me of Tuel, taking care of the ball, timid, never taking a chance piling up stats, not moving the team or scoring points

Fair assessment so far. It wasn't an issue in the first half, but when the pressure's on he's either gonna get knocked out of the game or eat the ball a lot unless he's more decisive.
I completely agree. He has to have that sense of urgency to make something happen. He's way way too careful.
That's the offense. It is a dink and dunk offense.
People here think we run the same offense as Baylor. Wrong. 90% of their passes are vertical...we do all this underneath crap.
No chance for yards after catch. Been saying this for a while now.
There are tons of verticals in the offense. There is a whole day of practice dedicated to verts. The underneath is the option with the verts aren't open.

What I saw- and it surprised me- is both lines pretty much get dominated today. I didn't see that coming at all.
You never know how good you playing against yourself unless you are proven. Until we are able to compete against other teams I'll believe it when I see it.
