Bill Doba’s vaunted 4-3. We forget for the Pac 10 title he gave up like 260 yards to Ontario Smith in 2001, and they killed us on the ground and their qb was not a threat to win .

the decision process won’t be based on a bad second half against Oregon or a great game against ASU.

Oregon like BYU was a bad matchup .

4-2 or 4-3… leach didn’t get enough size at the DT position and those players he recruited should be able to help us and they don’t get them .

Agree, but I did expect more from our offensive line and our play calling. We had far too many jailbreaks and not enough short passes. A lot of that was IDLs fault for not hitting his check downs.

Careful. The JDL fan club won’t tolerate ANY criticism.

CP… this offense is what it is. Yes JDL is young , and unfortunately he plays for a program that needs him to play a clean game . How much different is the game if we are up 21-14 going into half time.

He fumbled when he can’t afford to. He threw one pick and threw two more if Oregon could catch . This is what I am concerned about with JDL that he is limited by his mechanics and inability to run a keeper on the option to make the DE to play it honest .

We are a 17 point a game team if the oppositions defense plays to keep everything in front of them and make WSU going 80 yards .
