Actual football news, almost. Wow, novel concept! but....."Show me the money!"
And along the line of almost football news, a couple nights ago I was scanning through the Spectrum guide and noticed a couple entries on SWX for PAC 12 Classic Football. Curiosity piqued, so I clicked on it and got to watch the second half of 2018 away game vs Stanford (close win with Gardner Minshew), then 2019 vs ASU (loss with Anthony Gordon, Ayuck gashed us). It was so great to watch those players again, and it really reinforced just how shitty the PAC 12 breakup is. I really miss having the opportunity to watch all those replays from so many years. **** NIL, **** players unions, **** college athletics becoming semi-pro sports, and **** paying the college athletes great sums of money.
If there was a hard salary cap for coaches and AD's, maybe the likes of Mike Price and Bill Moos are WSU lifers
I'd prefer to see the actual TV schedule and yes, the 2025 media deal dollars. Been looking all over for them and can find nothing.

Even though there was nothing said today by the PAC-12, John Canzano is still talking.
Apparently, what the holdup was for announcing the 2025 (2025-2026?) media deal was Oregon State trying to get one of its home games rescheduled for Friday night. Houston has just agreed to playing the Beavers in Corvallis on Friday night. Thank you, Houston.

Had lunch today with 6 of my Beaver Buddies in Vancouver, WA. Been having lunch to talk about Beaver athletics with some of those guys for 25+ years.
They wanted to talk about baseball and batting averages. When I brought up the topic of the 2025 media deal and said "Canzano was saying...", they all started laughing at me.
Don't worry, I get it.

Oh and I just looked at your flagship sports' record. 32-7. Quite the schedule you guys put together. And you have beaten my Cougs, the mutts and Gonzaga. Hope you can take it to the Ducks this weekend.
Our baseball team's schedule RPI is weak, and that could negatively impact the Beavers ability to land a Super Regional this year in Corvallis. Ducks are going to be an important test this weekend. This weekend's series will help us better understand just how good this Oregon State team is.

Finally... no, no, no, I'm not going to post another Canzano link. LOL. He's still talking today. I'm listening to Canzano on the Cofield & Company podcast right now. It's nothing we haven't already heard before.
FYI... when the 2025 media deal is announced, supposedly the kickoff times for the Beavs & Cougs home games will be announced at that time, too. Cougar fans travelling from the Puget Sound area to Pullman for the home games should appreciate that.
