Kinda interesting. Wazzu laps every school in the ACC and Big12 sans Colorado and is middle of the pac compared to B10 and SEC Schools. The fans support football we just need more people involved.

If anything, this chart justifies our fans that gripe about it costing too much to attend games. Not that there is a meaningful difference in price for folks that want to go.
This doesn’t include hotel, travel cost etc.

Sure seems to track with where ticket prices have gone over the years. Perhaps beers in Cougville shouldn’t cost $8 🤷

Yeah, this is only partial costs. No travel or lodging expenses.

Our fans hit concessions pretty hard, and prices are pretty high in the stadium. At first look, I’d say this shows we’re getting price gouged at every opportunity. But this also only reflects revenue, not costs or profits.

In getting older, I'm a lot more accepting of how difficult and expensive Coug game attendance is for people so far away.

Granted, I'm still an asshole and think some of it is your own fault, but that's a whole 'nuther bitch fest for a different thread.

WSU and Pullman get an F f'ing minus times 3 for making it easier, cheaper, and more enjoyable to come.

There is no school in the history of college sports that can remotely smell what Wazzuers go through to show the love via attendance.

There’s one. Most of its history is on a different level, but their fans have a pretty good idea regarding the isolation & travel difficulties.

It doesn't include your mandatory CAF donation either....
Ok, this whole chart makes no sense. WSU averaged $56 per attendee? Can you even buy a ticket (end zone I guess) for $56? Even the high $ teams - Ohio State brings in only $87/fan? What?

So while it's always nice to see WSU rank high in any metric, these numbers are silly. All across the board.

Below is what it costs for season tickets. I have no idea on the accounting, but when you factor in the mandatory donation to get decent seats at Martin Stadium, the cost per ticket is way higher than those numbers.
