No Calvin Green, Jeremiah Mitchell, Kirkland Parker, Suli Hameed (injured still?), Treshon Broughton (eligible?), Kingston Fernandez, Jacob Seydel, Ngalu Tapa, Darius Lemora, Pat Porter, Greg Hoyd III, Peyton Bender, and C.J. Dimry. Very little of Aaron Porter, Paris Taylor, and Daniel Lilenthal. It seemed like Hercules Mata'afa should have played more. Ivan McLennan was on the field a lot but recorded only one tackle.
And true frosh Logan Tago won't be redshirting. Is this a repeat of the mistake in not redshirting Destiny Vaeao?

Bender of course played from your above. Would think more of the JCs would get there shots next week. Broughton suited up just last week.

Sorenson definitely & Allison probably should have redshirted.

Forgot to edit that to say Bender didn't play as planned (Leach previously said both would play but that pretty much assumed the game would be in hand and that an injury wouldn't necessitate it).

It should be much easier this week to see if they have the fastest players on defense "flying to the ball" as they've had in practice. Only the truly inebriated saw anything flying on Saturday. Made to defend passing offenses...the defense is going to have to have to defend an offense that runs 58% of the time.
