I heard an interview with Smith last week where he was bitching about players transferring to other schools. He railed against them about not being a man, not finishing what they started, not making a commitment to the school, etc.

What made the interview so interesting was that it was so hypocritical of Smith. He has left almost every job he has ever had before the contract was up to take another job.
