I don't think I have ever seen that in a game in my life. He was in a great position to make a play had he not been looking at god knows what in the stands

I agree that would have been called an illegal blindside block if it was a Cougar player blowing up a Duck player like that. My other guess is that the official kept the flag in his pocket because our player deserved the life lesson.
