Germans bomb Pearl Harbor.

Just kidding. Brand X has a pretty good article about the state of financial affairs in the Pac 2. No idea where the numbers come from, but overall, it sounds promising.

Also in sports news, Trump grabs pussy and bones porn stars, Biden inappropriately kisses women, Gaetz lures in underage women, and Boebert makes out and vapes in a theater.

sniffs their hair, invades their personal space and has unfamiliar children rub his leg hair

Yeah. So I will disclose something I am sure I will regret later and probably for the next 10 years given the propensity of this Board to retain posts forever.

I am not a pedophile, and in fact I really don't like "shaven" women of any age. Makes me feel like a pedophile. I have a lovely daughter and two Grandchildren (girls).

So I am in my local minimart, buying beer as I always do, and here is this Mom with her maybe 4 year old. So cute. So I don't even know what I did - petted her head I guess and asked her name. Totally innocent and grandfather like. Sure as shit didn't drag her off to the restroom to try to molest her. The little girl seemed fine.

The snout ringed fat bitch at the counter started chapping my ass "the mother did not like that". I'm like WTF? What did I do? So I walk out and then come back in and apologize to Mom. "I'm really sorry if I offended you or your daughter". She just smiled and basically said no worries. I was just being friendly. All seemed well.

So next time I go in there the ugly snout ringed fat bitch informed me that I was banned from the minimart and she could not sell me my beer. I'm pretty sure it was her and not management. But I dunno - now I have to drive another 8 blocks to get my beer.

So yeah if Biden is a little too friendly so what. He's not grabbing any uninvited pussies as far as I know. Some of us human beings are affectionate. With no perverted or disgusting intentions. I have a gal pal at my dog park. Kind of cute. She does not want a relationship or sex, but she always gives me a hug and smoochy when I see her. No harm no foul.

What an odd post

What an odd post

I think his point was that what is really odd is that some people have no problem defending a dude who openly claims to grab women by the pussy, was found guilty in civil court of actually grabbing a woman by the pussy.....but those same people get all worked up when a different guy touches a female on the shoulders or hair.

I find your post, if nothing else, interesting and sometimes entertaining. Sometimes there's even a good-natured charm to them.

Although the mom didn't seem to have a huge problem with it, perhaps because of your apology, I think that action by you did cross a line. I wouldn't have liked it much if a stranger touched one of my kids in any manner regardless of how harmless the person ultimately was. That's all I have to say about that

Yeah, I thought this was common knowledge these days. There's simply too much bad $*** going on to know whether someone is or is not "harmless". Not to mention just general "germs". I don't want some stranger putting their hands on my kid. How do I know where their hands have been?

On a different note, dogs. People seem to still think sticking their face into a dogs space is ok just because they think the dog is "cute". Sticking out your hand for the dog to smell is just as bad. Some dogs are ok with it all. Others with anxiety issues will go on the attack not knowing they person isn't a threat.

A lot of things that were deemed fine 20 or 30 years ago have changed. Some of the changes are ridiculous while others make sense. Keeping your hands off kids and dogs was always pretty damn logical.

I will say that I always ask the owner's permission before I get close to their dog.

Yeah this was a lesson I actually almost learned the hard way at WSU. I was walking between Bolher and Smith? Heading towards Colorado/Streit Perham look to my left and tied up outside the building is a yellow lab or retriever. Laying down looks at me big friendly puppy dog eyes. Go over to give him a little love, always feel bad for dogs who are tied up like this by their owners- reach out my hand and he goes absolutely ape shit. Think the whole campus heard him barking. Had to clean my trousers. Last time I ever went to pet a dog I didn’t know.

That's the correct way. We have a rescue. Sweetest dog I have ever been around, but not with strangers until she see them with my wife and I. Dogs can have a lot of baggage they deal with.

Yeah well I keep catching my dog eating dog shit at the dog park, For F-s sake - eat deer or raccoon shit fine. But dog shit? Needless to say I do not let her lick my face.

But I get you. Hey I am the furthest thing from a child molesting creep on the planet, and it makes me sad that some parent sees it different. But that's our world - I just haven't quite caught on yet.

Edit - and yeah dogs. So at my dog park some guy is feeding my just fed dog dog treats. I had to yell at him - stop feeding my dog! Nice guy but shit.

I had a weird experience.

There was a boy, age 5,6,7,8, who was on the STA bus. It was down to me, bus driver, boy, left on bus. It was 11:45 pm at night

As the bus stopped at my stop, the bus driver told me and the boy, gave boy the choice of, that he could either stay on bus until cops got him, took him home, and he could go with me to the convenience store.

The Bus Driver knew me pretty well, and asked if I would help the boy, and call the police at the store to get the boy some help.

So the boy went with me. And on way to store said that he didn't want anything to do with Cops, because his Dad would get upset.

At the store, I talked to the manager, etc, about the situation, asked if I could call police.

I called police, explained the situation, and police said they would send a cop to help.

Somehow the boy sensed that I called the cops, was upset, and tried to run off, away all by himself at Midnight, where it would have been very dangerous to be alone, at night, on weekend, in Spokane

So I grabbed the kid's hand. The kid screamed LET ME GO. Others said to let him go. I asked everyone, manager, to help keep kid at store until cops got there to help kid out. They stupidly didn't listen. They called me a pervert, child Abuser, and told me to let boy go, and that if I didn't let boy go, they would call cops on me, etc.

So I let go of boys hand, and let boy go.

Then Manager, the same one that let me call police, the same one that I explained situation to, then told me that he was banning, kicking me out of store, and told me he was calling the police about what happened. And because of that cops never came, and as far as I and others, police, etc, know the boy was alone all night in Spokane.

I told the manager, customers, everyone, cops, etc, that if anything bad happens to the boy, because the boy alone at midnight, on a weekend in Spokane, which dangerous for a boy, that the boy's blood, life was in their hands, head, if anything bad happened to the boy.

I then went home from the store, bus stop.

I'm guessing the boy was ok, since didn't hear anything about the boy on the news, so I guessed no news was good news.

Some people, managers, employees, cops, etc, can be so stupid sometimes.

Geezus. Quite the story. What is the quote? No good deed goes unpunished? Story of my life Mik.

From years of talk shows, isn't that straight from the child molester playbook on the men's side? The women typically say "I'm in love" and therefore it was out of their hands. I remember the Mary K whatever teacher from Washington having that BS line. Unfortunately, she isn't alone.

There's too many dangerous people out there to fend off. IMO, it's smart to not take any chances.

I think it is safe to conclude from this string that dogs and people have a lot in common. The comment about rescues sometimes having a lot of baggage is not only correct, it also applies to some humans.

Ain’t that the truth. If only I’d been partial to dogs with baggage instead of women I could have made my life a lot easier. I’m a sucker for rescues.

Gawd what was her name? Too lazy to search for it. Mary Kay Leaturneu? Something like that . I've read several recent aticles about these 30 something teachers or aides arrested for sexual misconduct with like 14 year old boys. They are all fairly good looking too. Like WTF? You could go any bar and find some willing and full grown man to take care of your needs. I just don't get it. I should start a website. Attention cute pedophile women - Old Loyal can satisfy your fantasies. Call me. 1-800-I'm horny.

As long as we are dishing, my little platonic 24 year old gal pal spent the night last night - got in a fight with her mom. She and her dog got the bed, I got the couch. But it made the old boy feel pretty good that she trusted me enough to call and ask for help. She might stay for a few days. Woke up this morning and I'm like "why am I on the couch?" Oh yeah that's right, she is in my bed! :) Such a little troubled sweety. Somehow I have always seemed to attract the troubled ones. Some sort of curse I guess.

Oh and what I really don't get is these boys turning them in. Sorry, but if I was 14 or 15 and a cute older teacher wanted to romp me I would gone "right on!" Sorry if that makes me a pervert but Geezus. We are guys. That thing swinging between our legs is there for one purpose

I actually met her and Fili(sp?) out one year during Cinco de Mayo at the old Azteca in Federal Way. I am almost certain it was right after she had gotten out of prison. I didn't even realize who they were until she told me her name and I think she could tell by the look on my face that the light bulb went off. I tried to play it off like I wasn't aware of their situation but kinda hard to keep a straight face when you have one of the most notorious people from the state of WA standing right in front of you shaking your hand.

I'm sure she was used to it. On another note, I know many really like Azteca from my early 20's happy hour days, but I think the only time I would want food from Azteca would be after a long prison stint. ;)

Hey Buehler, what's your beef with Azteca? I have always gotten great meals there, and generous portions also.

Yeah, it’s pretty far down the list for Mexican for me. I never enjoyed the food, would look around and nothing would look appetizing to me. It’s definitely a popular spot. Aztecas all over the place.

IMO, Azteca’s thing is they put a little more char on things than most places. Not really my favorite flavor - I’d rather have the meat seared, not charred, and have some color left inside. Same reason I don’t do Carl’s Jr.

Rancho was - and still is - decent. But in the couple decades since my Pullman days ended I’ve learned that the best Mexican food tends to be on wheels

Best street tacos I've ever had aren't even from a Mexican place. It was at some hole in the wall called "Pizza & Tacos" in Parque Novios, Santa Marta Colombia.
