Being able to say I was Patrick Mahomes Offensive Coordinator in college wouldn't hurt recruiting. He did a great job at Tech, and has done a stellar job at IC. OC will be Dickert's most important hire.
I couldn’t find it either. I had posted Hauck’s deal with Montana in another thread thinking they might be comparable but really have no idea if that is the case or not.
Presumably $600-700k, with the opportunity to move to higher level HC jobs seems like a good move.
If he wants to be a head coach in the FBS he has to make the move probably. FBS teams aren’t really dipping down the FCS anymore. You have a few. KSU hired NDSU coach, but it appears a lot of schools are going the coordinator route. If he comes here I don’t expect him to be here long if he’s successful.
They lost at the goal line. Stopped short on 4th and goal. Their QB is insane. He probably will be at a P5 soon.
Dickert just put out a tweet with Smith in it. Wonder if he may be retained as a position coach?
edit: NVM, I confused smith with the baseball coach in a buzzed state.
The $125k bonus was supposed to be in the form of credit at local restaurants.

Incarnate Word's conference plays what looks to be a round robin schedule. Highest home game attendance was about 3,200
The pass game coordinator and the D-Line coach played at West Texas A&M while Leaf coached there.
Mason might have been better but McGuire wasn't bad. Both were light years ahead of Weber.
Or hire a guy like Angus McClure who can coach Air Raid OL and recruit. I wasnt a big fan of Mcguire. Mason was much better.
Robert Anae who was original Leach OL coach at Tech was the OL Coach and OC under Bronco M. At BYU and Virginia. Great Poly recruiter as well. Would be a dream OL coach hire.
McGuire was awful. Mason was soooo much better. I cant believe Leach didnt fire him.
