Deserves it's own thread. Jones went to UI out of Wenatchee CC/JC. Mobile big who was pretty efficient inside the arc. Much needed addition IMO.

Isaiah Watts is the Grandson of Slick Watts. Pretty smooth player, shooter, and looks like good wingspan.

EDIT: No story. He didn't even sign with Seton Hall.

Watts was offered by Seton Hall, and WSU BEAT OUT SETON HALL for both NJIE and Watts.

Jones can elect to stay at WSU for a 5th year Senior year and a COVID Year if he wants.

Doesn't mean he will and he might not, but since he transfered from Idaho to WSU, it's harder for him to transfer since he used his free transfer to transfer to WSU.

Transferring from Wenatchee comm college in NWAAC to Idaho wasn't the same kind of transfer from Idaho to WSU. That's why he can transfer from WVC to Idaho, then transfer to WSU without penalty, and why if he transfers from WSU, he would be penalized.

His best move is to stay at WSU for a 5th year senior year and a 6th year COVID year, because he would have a chance to be drafted 2nd round if he does, and if he transfers, he probably wouldn't get a shot at NBA.
 
This will be his 5th year. He doesn’t have a Covid year left. One and gone but still a great pickup
