He is basically untested at the collegiate level He was not rated last year by any of the recruiting services. He got the five star rating from a kicking specialists who tutors kickers. He did not play last year as he was a unrecruited walk on player. He red shirted after not winning the kicking job.Thus he will be immediately eligible for the cougs He will have to win the kicking job from a bevy of other unrecruited kickers vying for the job
