I believe this information came out because this person was stopped last year in a traffic stop and the press filed a freedom of information request to view the Pullman Police dept's video footage which was posted on You Tube. In this footage the person says she's a witness, parked next to BK, etc etc.
Hmm. Reminds me of the student who claimed to have worked at a local restaurant and served BK - all of which was totally untrue.
