A chance I supposeGlad to have Noah join the program. Would rather not lose Cannon and I'm curious what has led to his decision to enter the portal. He seemed to embrace Smith and vice-versa. I wonder if it is somehow connected to Chance Moore's situation.
Glad Cougar
This seems pretty positive. A 3 star kid from Seattle. Not like we are going to take over Puget Sound, but the coach must have showed something the young man liked. Welcome aboard.
Disappointed to see Cannon enter the portal. I’m not exactly sure what he’s going to do. I thought it was established he already used a redshirt but maybe he gets a waiver with the coaching change?
I see. I didn’t think it was a qualification issue with Cannon but that he didn’t play his first year. Wish he was sticking. He qualified out of HS and has a RS year available. Same for Moore, though he needs to go the JC route.
I'm pretty sure Ava was referring to Chance Moore leaving and Noah Williams coming aboard. Cannon had not been mentioned yet in this thread when Ava posted his comment.good trade? seriously? Cannon was going to be a starter and maybe have a chance at most improved player next year. Would think he had a real shot to be a all conference player his senior year. Williams is a nice get, mainly because his dad played here! If Williams wasn't from Seattle and his dad hadn't played here then he wouldn't be in the discussion. Hes not a PG by the way. But his value is he can play and defend multiple positions and seems to be pretty tough. But to say good trade is very questionable?
My question also is whether he's 6'5". I always had seen him listed at 6'3" and when I saw him play that seemed about right.Hes not a PG by the way.
Dunno about that but his Dad hit a growth spurt. My question also is whether he's 6'5". I always had seen him listed at 6'3" and when I saw him play that seemed about right.
This thead was about Chance.not Cannon. Noah Williams is listed as a SG, a SF, and only Verbal Commits has him as a PG. Guess I would list him as a wing. He is, however, much more than just a nice get.good trade? seriously? Cannon was going to be a starter and maybe have a chance at most improved player next year. Didn't know there was a growth spurt in there before coming to WSU. He was a legit 6'8" although I remember him listed at 6'9".Dunno about that but his Dad hit a growth spurt.
