Love this

Haener, Gadd, Carta-Samuels, Lindquist, Rodriguez, Yankoff (rumored to transfer), Sirmon..... no development. In fact Carta-Samuels left to be developed and have success. Not worried about Eason.
Can't a lot of coaches say that? Bender, Bruggman, Neville, to name a few. I hope they are on the downslide but the success they have had would indicate he has developed them well enough to win.

Given Leach has essentially had 1 QB (just like Peterson with Browning) that he recruited that played significant games in Luke Falk, and has relied on a graduate transfer because our other QB's haven't panned out and have either a) transferred out or b) sat on the bench, then does that mean he also doesn't develop QBs? Pretty sure we've had more QB's transfer out than the Ewe has (Bender, Neville, Bruggman), so if transfers mean bad development, then you don't have a point.

Maybe it means Eason doesn't suck like you assert?

Did you watch the Spring practice? Eason sucked. Pathetic, horrible. But so did all of them. 55% 8 YPC first 2 years at Georgia...... appears more of the same at UW.

Chris has won with defense, really completely opposite from how he did it at BSU. His offense has failed to improve, or come close to what it was at BSU.

If coffee cup nation was leading the nation in passing or even close to it, ok.

Well, Leach has had QBs get drafted for two straight years.

I’m really not knocking his QB record, just pointing out the similarities between the two coaches and the false logic that transfers = bad QB development.

SC needs a ball coach. Not a young guy. Not flash and sizzle. They need a ball coach. They can attract the high end talent to run ANY scheme they want on offense and defense. Literally anything. Just get a guy that coaches hard nosed, disciplined football and can get kids fired up on game day.

If I were the SC AD... I hire an air raid head coach. I have no problem letting big time TEs and FBs leave SoCal. Load up on OL and perimeter players. On defense I want a 43 scheme. I wanna load up on DL and DBs. Land the best LBs and let the rest go. Play fast and knock people down. Tell kids there are no redshirts at SC. If youre not going pro early youre getting out of the way for the guy that is.

Did I watch Ewe dub’s spring practice? Are you serious?

Ok, I do watch the PAC-12 Spring games and pay close attention to our North opponents. I understand why you’re not interested. FYI, Eason was 50% and sacked ‘4 times’ (1 int and 1 TD). That’s why I call him Jacob “Stump” Eason. He’s slower than a tree trunk.

This is why USC shouldn't go with the Air Raid, IMO. Why in holy hell doesn't USC have the best OL in the conference, a stable of backs and the best front seven in the conference? Or at least be in the top three?

They need a new strength and conditioning coach, or a head coach that will let the strength and conditioning coach do his job.
