Edited to add that I remain unvaccinated for the sole reason of naturally acquired anti-bodies via prior infection. The few peer reviewed studies published in the Lancet actually show more robust, longer lasting and effective immune response to all variants of Covid (pre-Omicron) than does any of the mRNA vaccines currently in use. My wife has been vaccinated (her choice), my mother & father both vaccinated as well as my sister. Both my mother (71) and wife had Covid. I encouraged my mother to get vaccinated due to her age and underlying health issues even though she had Covid. I am still not vaxxed because I want it to be my choice and my choice alone. Fvcks like PedoWillie, NotACoug96 and certainly not the morons occupying the Whitehouse will not force me to get it.

Just saw that Texas A&M can't field a team for the upcoming Gator Bowl vs. Wake Forest. The Demon Deacons still want to play somebody on Dec. 31st but bowl officials must wait until/unless another team from another bowl needs to pull out due to Covid. So if Miami can't play in the Sun Bowl, how about a WSU-Wake Forest Gator Bowl on the 31st? Now that would be fun.....

Jacksonville, or El Paso, interesting how this plays out, One bowl is likely to get cancelled, questions is which bowl is played, and whose playing? I guess it depends on what happens with Miami in the next 24-48 hours. Sounds like A&M is out for sure. So if Miami goes out, is it the Gator or Sun that has a game?

I was venting... But if you absolutely have to know how I connected those dots. Lets see here, his whole campaign was built on the promise of "Shutting down Covid" and that he wouldn't make the vaccine mandatory for anyone. He hasn't delivered/kept his promise on any of those things. Its as if he lied... Hmmmmm, imagine that, running on a false campaign from a basement.

Oh…I guess I understand now. People are given tools to help get it under control, ie vaccines and masks and a certain segment of the society has raged against those options . And for someone who believes it is the flu not sure why you would vent.
The decisions to shut down games school etc isn’t Jay inslee or Biden or other top down authority , but coming from bottom up . Of course what we are seeing was predictable and school closings, games canceled etc will continue in the future.

They are shutting it down because of how the current CDC Director and Dr Inconsistent Fauci have handled things as of late. They are quadrupling down on the notion that if you are not vaccinated, you will kill other people who are vaccinated. Its proven that Covid can be contracted and transmitted just the same whether vaccinated or not. The new message starting to formulate is that they are trying to save you from yourself! Lol.... I mean the flu kills people, why not just force the flu shot as well? Is it because the flu doesn't "kill" as many people as does Covid? But if the metric, ultimately is death, then why not mandate flu shots as well? Its a clown show with this administration and I expect nothing less than the goal post continuing to shift as we are accustomed to.
