Which I am always happy to provide in these matters that I have a cornucopia of expertise in. So yes it does sort of resemble a woman's "parts'. Except it is upside down and would be a better comparison if it was a bat stuck in there instead of a ball.

And what's a clapper? Isn't that one of those chicks from the 1920's?

clapper is a punchline to an inappropriate joke I (incorrectly) assumed was more universally known. I’ll tell you over a few Coors Lights in Pullman this fall if you make it to a game.
