Kase Wynott just checked into the game. So, he is back from his concussion.

WSU scored the first two points of the game. MSU went on a 9-0 run. Since then, WSU has outscored MSU 22-10. Cougs lead 24-19. MSU is coached by former CAL coach Cuonzo Martin. They are playing extremely hard and are overplaying almost everything on defense.

MSU has a forward, Michael Osei-Bonsu, that is 6-4 280 lbs. The guy is a load.

Anybody that watched Wynott play in high school, how was his free throw shooting? So far, he is 0-4 from the line this game. Overall, Cougs are 5-11 from the line.

34-27 Coug lead at the half. Calmese makes a great defensive play at the end stealing an inbound pass as time was running out and immediately shooting and scoring.

It's nice to have a coach who has good inbounds plays for a change. I always felt Smith never practiced inbounds plays. His guys would stand around and at the five count, barely get the ball inbounds. Rarely would we score a good bucket on an inbounds play under Smith.

Agreed. The overall offense is so much better and fun to watch than the Smith years. However, I do appreciate everything that Smith brought to the Cougs. Everything was so much better than the Kent years.

6-6 from 3 and 10-12 overall in the 2nd half. Mizzou State has seemed to lose some steam defensively.

Yeah, after the first few minutes of the second half, MSU lost steam both offensively and defensively.
