Agree 100%. I’ve refrained from labeling him guilty for just that reason. Our legal system isn’t perfect but it’s better than most. That said it’s fair to speculate. Sure seams it would take a lot longer to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt than prove you’re not guilty. It should be pretty clear one way or the other, and IF he did it they certainly found DNA evidence in the car, his apartment, etc. If they don’t have that, I would have doubt that it was him. Think gonna be pretty cut and dry and my money is on them having abundant DNA evidence and for the defense to try and spin up an OJ defense in desperation (bad cops, tainted evidence, hoping the surviving roommates aren’t credible, etc)
