First one needs talent and Kent has recruited PAC 12 talent much to the chagrin of some posters
 
I think he's found, and plugged talent, into his system. I don't have enough insight as to how our players would translate into other systems in the conference.

They don't really play aggressive, scrappy, Bennett ball defense . They like up and down ball, find the open man and shot.
