West Seattle PG who probably had absolutely no interest in us the first time around with the whole Pullman thing but Nate Pryor had a good senior year at West Seattle. Signed with the UW but didn't qualify and went to some "prep" type stash school in the Seattle area. The UW recruited over him so he's done at this point with them. He might still have qualifying issues but someone I know Haskins is aware of.

While there at it I would assume they would try to get Emmit Matthews, JR in for a visit after he was released by UCONN. Probably out of our orbit but you never know.

Nate Pryor would be a ideal pickup as a reserve PG. He was not highly recruited because of eligibility issues. He verballed to UW ,did not make it then to Seattle U. He did not attend when Cameron Dollar was cut loose. Perhaps he has regained eligibility in a prep school? He seems to be an ideal type of PG if the cougs are in a market for one. I do not think they recruited him because of eligibility issues. E Matthews is visiting West Virginia this week and does not currently have the cougs on his list.I would think thst the cougs are after bigger players at this point

I would guess that Pryor still has eligibility issues. He is probably one of the best PG s available but may have to go the juco route. He is a very good basketball player but he probably is not eligible. If he is ,i d bet the cougs would sign him. I saw an interview and his heart is in Seattle but he did not get it done in the classroom. He better sign with a juco and get back on track if he is not eligible for D 1 ball.

Looked at his twitter today and see he’s following JC’s. Following Haskins as well. Maybe old maybe new, no idea.

to NIC. Probably wasn't a possibility but looks like he was unable to get a qualifying score.

I Wish the young man well, He seemingly did not make a concerted effort in the classroom during his high school days.He will have a chance to get his AA degree and move to D 1 ball in two years.
