-Make sure CO stays in our rear view mirror
-recruit WA kids more
-keep the bal rolling against USC
-make a dent into Utah
-keep the bowl game succession going
-maintain the AR
-8 wins a year minimum
-Rose Bowl once every 10 years, minimum

I'd add:
8. Established connections in the coaching world. Our new HC is going to have to assemble a staff of individual coaches that buy into his O and D philosophy, are good at coaching, and are good at recruiting. In that group you need to have guys that bring energy, guys that bring experience, guys that can identify immediate problems and adjust, and guys that have a long-term big picture player development focus. I think coaching connections are VERY important.
