The difficulty with arbitration is deciding whom the arbitrator(s) will be. The benefit is that it keeps it out of court.

So what’s the work around for the Texas billionaire Oil Barron to funnel cash to players? I haven’t seen a lot of adds for oil fields.
 
I don't mind it as it puts framework in place.

The penalties and enforcement is a big unknown.
Oh they will be huge...as Jim Walden would say....the NCAA will investigate Alabama and put Miss State on probation.

Biggs has the right idea...have everyone boycott the SEC and the Big 10. Do not play them in non conference games. Make them play each other.
