Next week

This game may have been better for us as a close game. More likely that the team will realize they are not where they need to be.

To use an old cliche, the game will be won in the trenches. If we turn it over 3X we have no chance.

I'm concerned most about Wisconsin running the ball down our throats.

I think the Cougs are decent against the run. At least under 20 pts. It's the long ball that Idaho got away with every f'ing time that concerns me. No excuse for that. Teams will notice.

WSU defense was awesome. More concerned about Cam missing more semi wide open WR's and WR's DROPPING more easily CATCHABLE passes hitting them in hands on 3rd downs, and RB's and WR's FUMBLING like crazy, and missing CHIPSHOT FG's, etc.

Outside of Oregon’s performance, against a quality opponent, this was the worst performance of the day by a pac 12 team. For all the hype about the offense, they looked terrible. Like most I was optimistic about this team, if they play like that the rest of the year, there are no more wins in the schedule. Is it a case of listening to their fat little girl friends, or are they really that bad? One game doesn’t make a season, so let’s hope for a lot of improvement next week, or it will get ugly real fast. I keep reminding myself that Leach coached team lost to Eastern and PSU to open seasons, and still had winning seasons.

Wisconsin were 36.5pt favorites against Illinois State… and COVERED. They ran for 220+ yards.

Best thing at this point would be to bring our gynecologist to the game so there is no delay between the whistle and the trauma inspection

Guess the Cougs should pack the box.

So, our win against Idaho was worse than the 25 point beat down that Colorado took at home against TCU? Bear in mind that TCU went 5-7 last year……. I know that you said “of the day”….but getting their butts kicked on Friday doesn’t really give them a pass.
