Jags are a mess heading into the draft. With at least 12 draft picks (maybe more pending trades), likely a very young team in 2020.

With a super young locker room you need at minimum 3 or 4 leaders. Some O, some D. Some over 30 years with more than the usual maturity.

You also need a HC who can manage that situation. Not all could do a good job.

There is potential downside, but also a lot of upside. Get through this fall with a moderately successful season and you would be set up well for the following year.
