They might want to hand this off with an offense designed around him. They might be in the playoffs a great deal. Kinda like Baltimore.

Jacksonville has had a stagnant offense since mark brunnell it seems. They should definitely open it up around Minshew, be great if they watched his college tape and got an offense like Arizona.

They won’t have to pay Minshew dick for the next couple of years since he’s on his rookie deal. If they are smart they dump Foles and his contract, trade him for a bag of footballs, and use the all that cap space plug the holes they have on offense, rebuild that OLine. Give it a run to try and win a SB in the 21/22 season.
