I think they're waiting on gov't clearance to use Independence Mall in Philly and since the offices are closed on the weekends...
If you look at historical GameDays', without exception, both opponents are almost always ranked in the Top 25.

Somebody over on that other site actually suggested Bill 'date rape' Cosby as the guest picker would be a huge draw and something WSU/Stanford couldn't compete with. Can only guess they've lived in Afghanistan for the last year or so.
That's my thought exactly. Philly is their first pick, but if they don't get approval it'll be Pullman.
Imagine the heat that some administrator will take if they nix it. That person will need to find a safe house to share with michigan's punter, Steve bartman, and bill Buckner.
I think Philly is viable at any time, and they are seeing if they can work out lodging and other logistics in Pullman. They could pull a permit fairly easily in Philly in 1-2 days. Finding enough rooms for all the game day folks, and a way for Kirk to make it back east to call the temple ND game is also a variable, though a bit easier to overcome IMO.
Had the Cougs beaten PSU and/or Cal, and stood at 6-1, I think CGD would've been 100% in Pullman. But Temple has earned it and I see them still getting it.
